We are going back to origin of why we run and diving into to all of its great benefits for our mental and physical health! Each week we will be focusing on different topics that will enhance our running. We will be covering topics like nutrition, self care/wellness and strength training. Various experts will be joining us to offer knowledge and insights. 

This is perfect for brand new runners as we will be covering all of the basics! Also, more experienced runners will be working on their speed, accountability and beginning their fall training programs.

Meeting each Wednesday night, beginning 6/26-8/14 from 6:30-7:30 for 8 weeks and couple of Mondays with a culminating optional race at the end!

COST: $200*

Chubb Park, Grove Street Park 

Optional 1 mile and 5K race

*$25 discount if you sign up for Grace and Pace Kids program as well.
