The Grace and Pace Level One group is for the beginner runner. Dubbed "Couch to 5K," this program focuses on the fundamentals of getting started and is a run/walk workout to start. Repeat participants look to improve on time if they are not quite ready to move up to Level Two. 


- Two practices during the week
    (typically at Chubb Park or Columbia Trail)

- 7 - 8 week program

- 5K Group race (optional)

- Additional group events (yoga, strength sessions, etc.)

- Motivational emails

- Extra workout guidance

- Limited capacity 

RACE: 5K and/or 1 mile race TBD (optional)
