Grace and Pace is a running group based in Chester, NJ. Each season, a group of women at each level meet twice a week to work on their goals. Some of them are brand new to running, others have graduated from Level 1 and are training for longer races or improving their times. All levels work on various running strategies, form, stretching, core strength work and mind/body connection.

Through positive encouragement, our mindset is that ANYONE can be a runner and enjoy the many benefits that come with being physically active. The group setting encourages members to reach their individual goals and stay motivated, as opposed to competing against one another. In a supportive environment, we learn that we are capable of accomplishing so much more that we limit ourselves to!
