Half Marathon Training for both Level Two and Three participants that want to run a longer race and/or improve their speed work. 


- Two practices during the week
    (typically at Chubb Park or Columbia Trail)

- 8-9 week program

- Half Marathon race (optional)

- Motivational emails

- Extra workout guidance

- Limited capacity

Private running coaching/mentoring is available upon request as well.
