LEVEL THREE
The Grace and Pace Level Three group is for our more advanced runners that are training for a longer race and faster times. Most participants in this group are training for a Marathon, Half Marathon or Half Marathon Relay. Training programs are customized to add weekly mileage and speed workouts.

DETAILS
- Two practices during the week
(typically at Chubb Park, Columbia Trail, or Natirar)
- 8-9 week program
- 10K, 10-miler, or 1/2 marathon (or other event)
- Motivational emails
- Extra workout guidance
- Limited capacity

Private running coaching/mentoring is available upon request as well.

RACE: 1/2 Marathon and/or Full Marathon TBD
